Signing Showcase: Lorne Peterson

Star Wars Autograph Universe was proud to offer two private signings with legendary model maker Lorne Peterson in 2017. Lorne worked on all three original trilogy films, as well as the prequel trilogy. While Lorne is mostly known for his behind the scenes work, including building X-Wings, the Millennium Falcon, and the AT-ATs, he can also be seen in two on-screen cameos. In A New Hope, Lorne portrayed one of the Yavin Temple Guards and in The Phantom Menace he donned his best Tatooine local garb as a Podracing spectator.

Star Wars Autograph Universe’s relationship with Lorne has also led to many exciting opportunities for the fans, including a live Q&A during Celebration Chicago in 2019 and an interactive Graphcast interview!
