Signing Showcase: Phil Tippett

In April of 2018, Star Wars Autograph Universe hosted a private signing with legendary Phil Tippett. This signing gave collectors the chance to add one of the most quintessential behind the scenes names from the Original Star Wars Trilogy to their treasured items. Phil’s imprint on the Star Wars films can be found in some of the most iconic scenes — from the holochess stop motion in A New Hope, to the AT-AT Walkers in The Empire Strikes Back, and the Rancor puppetry in Return of the Jedi.
